Tell us what text you want in each of these fields in the 'Special delivery' box at the end of the order form. It's the last thing on the order form. We will then create the personalised label, send you a PDF for approval, and when you confirm it is as you want, we will print the label, affix it to the bottle, and send it to you in a wooden gift box within 5 working days (and usually quicker than that).

The champagne, by the way, is Champagne de Linieres. Sourced from a small, quality estate, it has a soft and delicate character, with plenty of life and panache.
