Old Deed from 1800s
Up to 200 years old, the property deeds from the 1800s have the most standardised format, with elaborate headings and incorporated seals. Average size is 29'' x 20''. They cost substantially less than older deeds, but are still an original piece of history, and make wonderful wall hangings.
