Bottle-Opener made from industrial bobbin

In stock

This bottle-opener is made from an original industrial bobbin, of the type used in Victorian cotton and woollen mills.

When the mills closed, the infrastructure lay idle for many years. The Warrington-based Seddon family realised that the wooden bobbins and other machinery could be turned into unique industrial artefacts which would not only perform a useful function but would also be a reminder of the region's industrial heritage.

Seddon products are now sold all over the world. They are well made, functional, each one is unique, and each one represents a little slice of history.
